Contact me about game problems, player reports or your online rider profile.

I’m Kishore Sundarajan, the developer of Desi Mayhem. Include your device, operating system, game version or browser, and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot can help. Keep passwords and rider credentials out of your message.

Connection or loading problems

Check your internet connection and retry. For multiplayer, leave the room and rejoin with its code. If you still cannot connect, email me with the error message and your device details.

Report or block a player

In the Apple app, open Settings → Privacy & Player Safety → Report / Block a Player. Search for the rider, choose the matching name and select Report Player or Block Player. You can also open player actions from the room roster or leaderboard.

Choose the report reason: offensive name, harassment or cheating. Blocking hides that player’s leaderboard name on your device and prevents you from sharing a room. You can manage blocked riders in Privacy & Player Safety.

For browser reports, or a concern you cannot submit in the app, email me with the rider name, what happened and any relevant screenshot. Use the support email to follow up on a report or ask me to review a name or score.

Player rules

Choose a rider name without slurs, sexual content, threats or personal information.
Do not harass other players or impersonate them.
Do not cheat, tamper with scores or disrupt rooms.

I may remove abusive names, invalid scores or access to online features. Email me if you want to dispute a moderation decision.

Delete your online account

In the Apple app, open Settings → Privacy & Player Safety → Delete Online Account, then confirm. The app needs an internet connection to finish the request. Wait for the deletion confirmation.

Deletion removes your online rider profile, name, run records and leaderboard scores. It keeps your saved solo progress on the device. The privacy policy explains the revoked credential hash and separate historical analytics that remain.

For browser deletion, or if you cannot open the app, email me with your rider name and platform. I may need to verify ownership before deleting the profile. Do not send your secret rider credential. Clearing browser data or uninstalling the app does not delete the online account.
